It was another boring Sunday in IISc, on 19th of December. It was getting colder as time passed. We(me and rich) were very restless due to our own personal doldrums. So we set out finally to our sports activities (goin very well for past 1 week) and managed to get the battle field this time! After that I asked her out for a walk and had a pitstop near the swimming pool. I could not convince her abt an adventurous walk in the woods ( grasses!) so our walk was confined to the lighted roads.
On our way only the maggi craze caught us I guess. Despite my 'its ok,,u have,I'l take from mess', she made me her partner in the maggi plan.We had one maggi in room and yet another had to be bought, and again money was in room only,,,that meant miles to walk to our dinner.
Maggi was not available in the stores, nor in Janatha Bazaar shops. I suggested her Reliance shop in Mathikere. Walking would be strenuous so we started looking for an auto.
By then our plan had become a lot better, adding vegetables, onion, ghee, it tasted so yummy as we cooked the plan in mind....
Reliance got us whatever we wanted, a handful of French beans, 4 carrots,2 tomatoes, 2 onions, etc. I was too hesistant for this meagre veg shopping but Reliance tho apnaa jaisa thaa..hehe
And our mission started by about 8. Rich got busy with some call and I took the knife. We were lucky enough to get the knife on time as it was not seen around in the room. Thanks to her neighbour, the mission started well. So we finally started cooking in the pan and the smell was so good and even now my taste buds remember it.
that was an awesome maggi I had with her...
we were soo happy that we did so much for a maggi...
